Flux2D is a FEM based CAD program for the analysis and design of electromagnetic and thermal devices and processes.
Flux2D is designed to solve problems with:
Flux2D can solve static, steady state, and transient problems. Geometries can be described using parameters, making it very easy to modify and optimize geometries.
Flux2D features both a semi-automatic and an automatic mesh generator. Results include color shaded maps, isovalue lines, variation curves versus time or position, spatial spectrum computations, and global quantities computations (inductances, energy, forces, and torques).
If neccesary, Flux2D offers entry points for the user to write their own user sub-routines describing material properties, sources, and boundary conditions, to control the solving and to perform specific post-processing tasks. This capability makes Flux2D the most flexible tool on the market.
